Bounce your ideas off others, and take criticism and suggestions seriously. Make no attempt to conceal your mistakes, and you have made some, but fess up and move on. No shifting blame. Thomas Merton said “Pride makes us artificial and humility makes us real.” Keep swallowing your pride, and you will have an opportunity to shift the issues of your world onto a more stable foundation.
