Emotional volatility permeates the day, and people are prone to flying off the handle. Frustration is the culprit. Watch out for reckless people. How to get through this tricky time? Expect it, and talk it over with friends or yourself. (“You will never believe what just happened to me!”) Communication is the escape valve on this hothouse day. Any type of relaxation or meditation is a godsend, provided you can convince yourself to switch gears and calm down. Timber Hawkeye said “Flowers only bloom when they are ready. People are the same way. You cannot rush or force them open just because you think it’s time.” If you are already meditating, you can cruise through the day peacefully.
