Two groups align on opposite sides of an issue, and it seems no common ground exists, but it does! Two escape hatches are possible, both are good: one is the appearance of a generous leader who offers support and inspiration; the other involves vigorous activity inspired by philosophical beliefs. Either offers an open door that leads to success. Direct confrontation fails, so avoid that tactic. Large organizations or institutions either can’t or won’t help, in fact they’ll cause problems! Be prepared to change on a dime, be prepared to act! Chris Evert said, “You’ve got to take the initiative and play your game. In a decisive set, confidence is the difference.” What’s good? Happiness, partnership, and decisive leaders. If it seems you’re going back over past issues, you are. Hang in there!
