This Journey

The Journey
The Journey

From the birth of yearning
To the moment of recognition
The path, this journey, is method.

One’s true nature the precious seed-
Buddha ground.
One’s journey, this path-  the method.
The awakening- this fruit- the treasure.
How astonishing!

The ground, the path, the fruit are Buddha.
Praise to the Nirmanakaya Buddhas who walk the earth!
Praise to the sons and daughters who follow them!

May I myself return again and again for them.
May I never grow weary, or bored of helping them.
May I nurture, teach, and feed them precious fruit.
May I never abandon the supreme samaya!

  1. I can read the words, and skim the surface of the meaning and be touched. But knowing that there is a deeper meaning than I can perceive makes me hungry for more. Awakens a yearning for true understanding of how to be the true nature, to really know the path, and open to the fruit that is there for each and every being.

Thank you precious Teacher for so tenderly offering this window in which we chance to see something so extraordinary.

  2. Praise to you, my precious Teacher, for sharing your heart, your words and your divine blessings with each and every one of us, wherever we are. May I serve and honour you every where, every time in whatever way you wish. For that is the root of fruition.
