Theme: Moving past challenges

With the Moon square Mars, Mercury and Venus, and opposite Chiron, you have lots of moving parts to the day, including a focus on your health. Theme: Finding the right balance

The Moon has moved into Libra bringing a focus on achieving balance in your daily life. Decisions take longer because of the considerations involved but the time taken also results in better decision making. The Moon in Libra also brings more social engagement which aligns more closely with the Sun in Aquarius, also an air sign. The air element which favors communication contrasts with the practical Capricorn earth energy that influences actions, thinking and relationships right now. You can lighten up.

Theme: Joy, Obligations and Relationships

The sextile between Jupiter and Saturn continues for another month blending our joys, and higher learning with our responsibilities and restrictions. Venus is in harmony with them for a couple more days which supports harmonious relationships and financial success. Be mindful of ego driven energy concerning our thought and communication. And take on mental tasks, knowing that we will have extra verve.

Theme: Intellectual Energy or Overzealous Ego?

Mercury is tightly conjunct Mars today, and for four more days. We have more mental energy than usual. We can work longer and harder, but may get into debates or competitions with others. Will we get into arguments because of our ego? Or do we have a valid point to defend? There is a nice synchronicity between the Sun, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn. The only danger is that we overdo a good thing.

Theme: Illumination

The Moon forms a T-square with the Sun and Jupiter bringing insights into challenges and re-framing difficulties. Jupiter, signals expansive energy, and even when you feel overwhelmed it can provide a steadying optimism. It doesn’t mean today will go smoothly but it does mean you see the big picture more easily, which gives you more perspective on situations. The Moon in Leo also adds more brio to the day and invites you to be both brave and bold.

I believe that freedom must be accompanied by a sense of responsibility. Theme: Transforming era

Pluto has moved into the sign of Aquarius where it will remain (notwithstanding a brief interlude in Capricorn from September 2-18) until March 8 2043. Pluto removes the old worn out modalities to allow space for new more aligned modalities. However, if there is resistance to change difficult outcomes from the build up in pressure can result. Pluto in Aquarius ushers in radical changes in society, community and technology. Those with major planets in Aquarius (think Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars in particular) can expect a particularly transforming, albeit challenging, time. With the Moon in Cancer in strong aspect today to Chiron, Mercury and Mars you have the opportunity for insights into psychological wounds in your family lineage.

Theme: Awareness

Health, home, relationships and awareness of non-ordinary reality are in play today. You can ask yourself am I really seeing what is there? Attention to home and hearth helps with health. Consideration of relationships, and how to improve them by looking for the deeper causes of interactions, can help you understand them better. As the Sun has moved past Pluto now is the time to have recognize the old, habitual ways that prevent you from being your authentic self.

Theme: Happy Birthday Aquarians!

Mid morning today the Sun enters Aquarius. May we all enjoy the friendly, humanistic tendencies, and overcome the difficulties of getting warm and personal with others. It continues to be a deep, powerful time and Pluto is about to enter Aquarius as well. The Moon, our emotional life, is in restless, chatty Gemini for a few days.
