Theme: A testing moment

The Moon makes a difficult aspect to Saturn and Uranus bringing tension and heightened emotions. With the Moon moving into Scorpio it’s those closest to us that provide the most challenges. The good thing is that this aspect passes swiftly. Neptune goes direct today diminishing confusion and anxiety and creating more pathways for spiritual contemplation. Theme: Deepening our connections

As Venus approaches Pluto our connections with others and the world we live in are deepened by force of circumstance and our ability to courageous in our relationships. Pluto brings the shadows in our deep unconscious to the surface and Venus brings the light of illumination and insight to our relationships. Theme: Tension

Until the middle of January we are either impatient, wanting immediate, dramatic change or resisting and holding to the status quo. The tension can effect our relationships and our work. If we do not consciously deal with this energy accidents can occur. Yet today our emotional side is more balanced than usual, and we can discuss feelings with ease. Theme: From Fuzzy-headed to Intense

The morning through lunchtime will be confusing as the Moon opposes Neptune. We may be reacting to our subconscious when we think we are focused outside ourselves. Then later in the day we become intense and passionate but at the same time grounded. This reenforces the Mars and Venus “sextile” (60 degree angle) that is at a peak now. This is also a good time for creative and financial endeavors. Neptune is going out of its retrograde cycle in a few days, leaving only Uranus slowing us down. 0-2 planets retrograde indicates a good time for achievements. I pretty much try to stay in a constant state of confusion just because of the expression it leaves on my face. ~Johnny Depp

Theme: Subjectivity and Struggles with Change

As Mercury unites with the Sun for one more week, objectivity is hard to come by. We have an optimistic outlook, but can be sloppy with details. The “square” (90 degree angle) of Saturn to Uranus is present again like it was from mid January until mid July. This time it moves on for good in mid January 2022. We can expect more upsets in financial markets, and a struggle between traditional values and radical change. There are many issues that must be faced on national and global stages, during this period. Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle. ~Martin Luther King Jr

Theme: Hang on Emotionally

The Moon is in Leo which makes us playful and dramatic. In the early part of the day we will want to withdraw from others and be depressed. Then we will bounce out of that mood and want excitement, but may be rash or upset by others. At the end of the day we should also guard against being  hasty and irritable and having an accident with tools or machinery. A marvelous spiritual opportunity has started with Mars and Neptune “trining” each other. We will be able to act selflessly and make the world a better place. Theme: Fire in the belly

With the Sun and Moon in fire signs, and Mercury joining the Sun in Sagittarius there is lots of activity and optimism for change. The element of fire dispels doubt because the element of fire signifies action in the present. Idealism is unbound. The challenge is to ground idealism in actionable items and to be able to speak in a way that unifies people. Venus in Capricorn helps with grounding and achieving pragmatic outcomes through relationships. Although my view is higher than the sky, My respect for the cause and effect of actions is as fine as grains of flour.~Padmasambhava

Theme: Opening and deepening the heart

Today with the Moon opposite Venus then followed by Pluto there is an opportunity to open your heart and deepen your connection with others. With Pluto involved self-honesty is the key. Theme: Welcome to optimism

With the Sun now in Sagittarius there is more optimism about achieving one’s purpose and goals. There is also more risk taking and adventuring forth into the constantly changing world we live in.  The next few days are a time for reckoning with past relationships, and moving forward into the future.
