Theme: How to look on the bright side.
There is a famous Scottish saying “It is darkest before the dawn.” Or as Dad’s friend said, “It’s always darkest when its getting darker than it has ever been before.” A challenge today is variation on a theme this week which is about working productively within limitations and dealing with frustration. Are you able to harness the feeling of having no room to move by moving something you can.? As the Serenity Prayer goes, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
