It’s the full moon and Mercury goes retrograde. So it’s a time of high energy of potential misunderstandings. Communication glitches can be offset by not speaking as much! Don’t sign any contracts if you can help it until the 24th of December. You may feel a bit directionless today – another reason for spending time on your spiritual cushion. Be aware of any addictive tendencies today – don’t blow it. All the suffering, stress and addiction comes from not realizing you already are what you are looking for. Jon Kabat-Zinn
