Theme: Balancing

The Moon in Virgo moves opposite the triumvirate of Venus, Saturn and Mercury providing many opportunities for deepening commitments in relationships and paying attention to important details. Theme: Touching the earth

The Moon has moved into Virgo bringing a focus on earthly activity including gardening, care of small animals and dealing with the microcosm of communication. Virgo is also the sign of all crafts. See how you can harness this energy today and tomorrow. Mercury and Saturn are conjunct bestowing more discipline than usual on your communications and also bringing less mercurial wriggle-room to communications and thinking.

Theme: Threading the needle

As the Sun moves towards Chiron it’s an opportunity to look at how you trip yourself up with past habits that no longer serve you, habits that are in turn related to past emotional wounds. Chiron embodies the wounded healer inviting us to transform our individual wounds on behalf of all beings which in turn means developing compassion for others. In this way we are of more benefit to others.

Today could be a little tricky to navigate. The Moon moves into Leo with a roar and opposes Pluto dredging up subconscious feelings that can lead to emotional conflict and influence our perceptions.
Although with Sun square Mars it will be a struggle to keep out of arguments and over assertive with opinions, the antidote to this is to channel your energy into hard physical activities like digging and gardening or sports of some kind. Be careful of injuries and accidents at this time.

You may feel a little bump in the road for a couple of hours today as Moon conjuncts the Sun in Cancer in the middle of the day. This can bring on some irritability and defensiveness but if you wait a while for your reactiveness to die down, the day will improve vastly. Venus, Mercury and Saturn will  bring you closer to others, allowing you to share and listen to them.
Saturn will also help to stabilize emotions, deepening your level of patience and enabling you to endure any stress that arose previously.

The Moon moves into Gemini today bringing a lighter touch to communications generally. Mercury’s proximity to Jupiter expands your understanding of the wider world you inhabit. However, Jupiter can be over-expansive too: avoid overdoing it tomorrow in particular. Examine how good communication skills and beneficial relationships go hand-in-hand. Everyone is finding their way with the movement of Neptune into Aries. Expect some initial upheavals with this first period of Neptune into Aries.
