You have a choice between anger and happiness today, between stinginess and generosity. Choose happiness and generosity! John Milton said, “The mind is its own place, and in itself, can make heaven of Hell, and a hell of Heaven.” Giving is accentuated today. Pay off a debt, loan money you’ll never get back, bail a friend out of jail. Generosity now will be reapaid in a million ways in the future. The immediate gain, for you, is happiness.
