Theme: Single pointedness
Mercury and Mars are almost exactly conjunct – bringing to a fine point the single pointed quality of this aspect. When the mind of Mercury is combined with the warrior of Mars there is a fearless and investigative quality to communications, enabling truth-telling including of oneself. Mars also provides staying power for in-depth research. The placement of these planets in Scorpio encourages us to let go and not hold on to our deeply-ingrained habits.
