A conversation with a wise person is stabilizing and sets the groundwork for what comes next. Organization is important now: decide what you’re going to do, make a list, check it twice and get moving! This will prevent the scattered, darting-from-thing-to-thing-without-meaningful-completion that is possible today. Listen carefully to what people have to say and avoid the temptation to finish their sentences. Avoid jumping to conclusions! It’s a good time. Kurt Vonnegut said, “Please notice when you are happy and at some point think, ‘If this isn’t nice, I don’t know what is.'” Spend time with those you love, offer assistance if you are asked, plan a trip, review your commitments and keep them in mind. Engaging in vigorous exercise is good too.
