The waning moon modifies the rambunctious nature of the Moon in Aries which is always striving to initiate activity and push forward. Normal obstacles are no obstacles for this placement of the Moon! The Moon is conjunct Ceres creating a a good impulse to be generous with others. Mercury is conjunct the Sun for the next few days speeding up communications and fueling optimism.
