Theme: Difficult and Unlucky

Our new astrological aspect for the next several days is the Sun square Saturn. This is traditionally difficult and seems unlucky. The central struggle is between self-gratification and our responsibilities towards others. Talking with others is better than making assumptions right now. It may not have to be so difficult after all. In the evening the Moon forms a yod with Uranus and Neptune. This is a potent time for prayer and meditation.

Theme: Balance, Harmony and Relationships

The Moon has entered Libra for a few days. We are looking for balance, harmony and beauty. In the second half of the day the Moon sextiles Venus, which bolsters our social life. The two things to watch out for is excessive passivity and over indulgence. Jupiter is retrograde but continues to harmonize with Saturn for two more weeks. This supports our long range goals, and favors business endeavors.

Theme: Religion, Philosophy, Long Distance Travel and Spirituality

The Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars are all in Sagittarius today ( along with the Part of Fortune and Juno). This gives us an upbeat energy and a focus on religion, philosophy and long distance travel. We are interested in the big picture. At the same time Mercury trines Neptune and the Moon opposes Neptune, especially in the middle of the day. This is a spiritual opportunity: so practice prayer, meditation and compassionate action while the iron is hot.

Theme: “I Believe in Yesterday”

The two main astrology patterns that were written about yesterday hold true today and tomorrow. An ease of thinking and communication, except when asserting ourselves, if not done carefully. The Moon is in Cancer for a few days which gives us an emotional security, but others might be less pliable than usual. It is best to care for others as opportunities arise. Theme: Harmony and Friction

There is a grand water trine with Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn for a few days. This gives us extra intuition, expansive power and discipline. Things will flow smoothly except for the fact that Mars has moved into a square angle with Saturn, which can indicate thwarted ego energy. The best thing to do is to center ourselves and proceed with caution for the next week. The Moon is finishing up its few days in Gemini so enjoy conversations.

Theme: Ease and Harmony

Especially in the middle of the day, the Moon is trine the Sun which makes for a pleasant time. Our conscious and subconscious minds are harmonizing and we tend to feel well. The only challenge is can we take action to take advantage of opportunities? It will be tempting to just take it easy. Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune are still retrograde which is more helpful to introspection than moving forward with big plans.

Theme: Mercury Direct

The 3 week period of Mercury Retrograde ends at 12:41 pm EST, but it will be a couple of weeks before it is moving at full speed ahead, and our communication and thought have their normal zip to them. We can start a new projected now with less chance of it going contrary to our plans. Jupiter and Saturn continue to work in harmony for 3 more weeks. This favors business expansion, and many material goals. It can even promote spiritual activities if approached in a methodical way.

Theme: Excitement in Relationships

For a few days we are likely to have unexpected events in some close relationships. New relationships started now are will be exciting but probably will not last. If we are not flexible in our expectations this could be an upsetting time. Our conscious and unconscious minds are working at cross purposes during the first half of the day. Tension should ease as the day goes on. The Moon is in Pisces which favors prayer, meditation and compassionate action for the next two days.

Theme: More Surprises

With the Sun still opposed to Uranus, we can expect more surprises today. Pluto and Neptune are still making harmonious aspects to the Sun so go deeply into a situation and looking for spiritual solutions. Mercury is conjunct Venus for several days. We appreciate beauty more now, and can discuss our personal feelings with others. We can have a new perspective on life, and financial dealings should be favorable.

Theme: From Scorpio to Sagittarius

The Sun is moving from Scorpio to Sagittarius, but is still well aspected with Neptune and Pluto. A passionate period is being replaced by an inspired orientation towards religion, philosophy and long distance travel. We are particularly spiritually focused because of a trine with Neptune and a sextile with Pluto. We are idealistic and in tune with others. And we are able to take action and get to the bottom of any nagging problem. Take this opportunity to engage in prayer and meditation as well.
