Theme: Jumping Jupiter!

All the planets, Sun and Moon are again in less than half of the 360 degree sky. This concentration of energy is centered with Jupiter at 25 degrees Aquarius. This indicates that we are learning and growing in terms of our social values now. Mars is in a powerful position interacting with Jupiter, Pluto and Venus. This is a time to become clearer about what our objectives are, and then we can proceed steadily. Beware of moving too quickly, overlooking details and selfish ego boosting. Theme: Tension

Until the middle of January we are either impatient, wanting immediate, dramatic change or resisting and holding to the status quo. The tension can effect our relationships and our work. If we do not consciously deal with this energy accidents can occur. Yet today our emotional side is more balanced than usual, and we can discuss feelings with ease. Theme: From Fuzzy-headed to Intense

The morning through lunchtime will be confusing as the Moon opposes Neptune. We may be reacting to our subconscious when we think we are focused outside ourselves. Then later in the day we become intense and passionate but at the same time grounded. This reenforces the Mars and Venus “sextile” (60 degree angle) that is at a peak now. This is also a good time for creative and financial endeavors. Neptune is going out of its retrograde cycle in a few days, leaving only Uranus slowing us down. 0-2 planets retrograde indicates a good time for achievements. I pretty much try to stay in a constant state of confusion just because of the expression it leaves on my face. ~Johnny Depp

Theme: Subjectivity and Struggles with Change

As Mercury unites with the Sun for one more week, objectivity is hard to come by. We have an optimistic outlook, but can be sloppy with details. The “square” (90 degree angle) of Saturn to Uranus is present again like it was from mid January until mid July. This time it moves on for good in mid January 2022. We can expect more upsets in financial markets, and a struggle between traditional values and radical change. There are many issues that must be faced on national and global stages, during this period. Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle. ~Martin Luther King Jr

Theme: Hang on Emotionally

The Moon is in Leo which makes us playful and dramatic. In the early part of the day we will want to withdraw from others and be depressed. Then we will bounce out of that mood and want excitement, but may be rash or upset by others. At the end of the day we should also guard against being  hasty and irritable and having an accident with tools or machinery. A marvelous spiritual opportunity has started with Mars and Neptune “trining” each other. We will be able to act selflessly and make the world a better place. Theme: From Curiosity to Security

The Moon is in its last day in curious Gemini. Tonight it enters its home sign, Cancer. Then we will turn our attention to family, home and making ourselves and others secure. The Moon is in a yod formation with Mercury and Pluto, in the middle of the day. This can bring up the past and any difficult emotional issues which need to be addressed. Jupiter is in a favorable position and brings ease and joy. The third most outer planet, Uranus, has spent 3 out of 7 total years in Taurus. We can continue to expect sudden changes in money, commodities and in the Earth itself. How does this effect our individual value system? Theme: Solving Mysteries

Mercury, our communication and thought, is in a good position for a couple of days. We are interested in getting to the bottom of any issue, and we are optimistic as well. The key is to pay attention to details and correct what is not right. The second most outward planet, Neptune, our ideals and fantasies, like Pluto is in a powerful cycle from 2012 -2025. This a time for those with genuine compassion to rise up. But also a time for those caught in delusions and with a desire to deceive to reek havoc. Theme: Fiery?

The fiery combination of Mars and Uranus opposing each other continues, but Venus harmonizes with both of them which softens the situation. Also, there are no planets or Sun or Moon in fire signs. This can make finding inspiration more difficult than at other times. The long cycles of the outer planets are stirring up some dramatic changes. Particularly Pluto, the planet of death and transformation, has 3 more years (besides the last 13 years), in the sign of Capricorn, which indicates the structures that we create. What more will be destroyed and what will be left? In fact, the Buddha teaches us that all sentient beings are suffering because we don’t know how to attain happiness. ~Jetsunma Ahkon Norbu Lhamo

Theme: Anger and Freedom

Mars is now opposed to Uranus which can have multiple effects. We may lash out at people who have held us back in the past. This energy may also come at us from others. Also we may start to break free from circumstances that have held us back. If we suppress the energy for change we could have a physical problem come forward and require surgery. Be careful with driving and machinery during this time. The Moon enters Aries in the middle of the day, which adds to our fiery spirit for action. If the people in your circle aren’t contributing to your growth, then you are not in a circle… you’re in a cage. ~Kianu Starr

Theme: Less Feisty but Overextended

As Mercury separates from Mars we are able to see other’s points of views more easily. Mars is still challenged by Saturn for a few more days, requiring us to be patient and find healthy outlets for our frustration. For a week the Sun is at cross purpose to Jupiter. Jupiter bring beneficial energy and generosity but we can take on too much. The other main pitfall is self-righteousness. This continues to be a strong opportunity for spiritual deepening.
