Theme: Deep and Mysterious

Happy Birthday Scorpios! During this month long period we are all focused more on research, mysteries and sex, death and other peoples money. It is not easy for Scorpios to open up like many of the other signs. “Always thank a Scorpio for coming to get an astrology reading.” ~Debra Schneck. Their feelings towards others are deep, complex and mixed. Yet this is still a heavily air-sign time. The Moon in Gemini for a few days adds to our interest in socializing and gathering knowledge.

Theme: Struggle or Transformation?

The sparks will fly for several more days as the challenge between Mars, our conscious drive, and Pluto, our subconscious one, continues. It is easy to have disagreements on the local and global level. Today we are blessed as the Moon, our emotions, is stable in Taurus. But passions are high as Jupiter and Pluto are in the mix. Theme: Delusion or Wisdom

With the Moon and Neptune together in the middle of the day, we are all influenced by mystical energy. We will be more sensitive to the moods of others for better or for worse. Our imagination is enhanced, but will we be misled or mislead others? It is best to plan on some quiet time for prayer and meditation. Theme: Sentimental and Indulgent

The Moon is in Pisces for a few days. We have heightened sensitivity, and the potential to empathize with other sentient beings in general. With Venus at a challenging angle to Moon our emotions can be fixated on the past, and we can pursue comforts to excess. The Sun is separating from Mars now which makes patience come a bit easier. Jupiter will join Mercury on Monday in moving forward again, and soon achievements in the outward world will follow. Many people think that patience is a sign of weakness. I think that is a mistake. It is anger that is a sign of weakness, whereas patience is a sign of strength. ~H H the Dalai Lama

Theme: Mostly Nice

Two new “nice” aspects of the planets, Sun and Moon occur today. The Moon, our emotions, unites with the generous energy of Jupiter, and harmonizes with the Sun, especially in the first half of the day. Also Mercury and Venus are buddies for several days, which enhances our communication within our relationships. We still have to deal with potential power struggles. Theme: Communicating about feelings

During the middle of the day we are able to listen empathetically and share our own feelings more easily than usual. The Sun, our sense of purpose, is receiving a mix of energy. Broad-minded Jupiter is supporting our activities, but relentless Pluto is challenging us at the same time. Be aware that we can be called on any behavior that is not properly ethical as the next several days play out. Mercury retrograde ends Monday, and it will be safe to start new things a few days later. The best and most beautiful things cannot be seen or even touched. Theme: Catalyzing 

The restless, intuitive energy of Uranus is at the apex of a Yod today. Particularly Mercury, and also the Sun and Mars are involved, as is the quicker moving Moon. We have a harmonious relationship between our emotions and our sense of purpose. And we have a drive to upset the status quo. But because Uranus is retrograde, we will not see the dramatic changes that we want just yet. We will be interested in religion, philosophy, law, and foreign places due to the Moon and Venus in Sagittarius. Theme: Feeling Good

With the Moon and Venus united in Sagittarius, we are in the mood for enjoying ourselves. This good feeling starts around lunch time. We are drawn to our past, and past habits. We can look to others for support in going in a new direction within our minds. Continue to cooperate with others, in order to achieve as much as possible. Hang in there because Saturn is going to stop being retrograde in two days. Take a step back, evaluate what is important, and enjoy life. ~Teri Garr

Theme: Subjectivity

Twice every 4 months Mercury, our thinking, and the Sun, our sense of purpose, unite. For the next 3 days we are able to focus our energy in a stronger way, but we are less able to see objectively. Pluto is the first of the 6 retrograde planets to move forward again. Let’s use this strong but often subconscious energy constructively. It is time to reform any structures that are not functioning well. It is a good time to work in partnership. Be careful in the first half of the day. Emotions run high then. Theme: Cleaning and Organizing

The Moon has moved into Virgo for 3 days. It is time to clean up the creative expression efforts of the Moon having been in Leo, and to organize and analyze the details of our lives. Mercury is moving backwards faster for the next week. Retreat, contemplation, and research are the favored activities. Activities involving communications between multiple people are prone to misunderstandings. Physical activity is a particularly good outlet as the Sun unites closer with Mars. Our house is clean enough to be healthy, and dirty enough to be happy. ~Unknown
