Theme: Expand, Dive, and Isolate

Today is an emotional rollercoaster ride. We start out with a generous and expansive mindset. Then at midday, we are probing deeply into our own and others psyches. Finally, we will want to withdraw from others as we experience the negative side of our mind. Meditation, prayer and altruistic intention can help us stabalize throughout this day. Theme: Compulsive Thinking

We should be careful not to obsess about one particular idea for the next two days. Another pitfall to avoid is trying to coerce others towards our point of view. The best focus is on self awareness, and searching for deep answers. Early in the day, we are emotionally exciteable. Later, energy is right for socializing, and good times. Beware of overindulgence.
