The squish you hear is the sound of an ego being flattened.  Yours, perhaps? Have you grown too big for your britches, become a legend in your own mind?  You’ll shrink back down to size in the next day or two as circumstances undercut your thinking. At the same time goodwill toward others advances your cause on a different front.  You are both losing ground and gaining an advantage at the very same time!  Notice your successes, absorb your losses and move forward with new confidence.  Rabindranath Tagore said, “Faith is the bird that feels the light and sings when the dawn is still dark.”  Good things are coming your way provided you remain stable during the current unstable time.  Meet everyone with an attitude of respect and friendliness, avoid the tendency to engage in divisive behavior, and things will go well for you.

The news!  It is everywhere and it is either incoherent or wrong.  Pay close attention to the source of information before believing anything today, some people are talking to hear themselves talk or to avoid dead time.  You must wait until afternoon before the real story comes to light, and by evening the dis-information becomes a source of annoyance.  Winston Churchill said, “There are a terrible lot of lies going around the world, and worst of it is half of them are true.”  What is true today is genuine affection and caring that make conversation irrelevant.  Don’t bother offering words when a big smile or hug will do the job.  Listen politely to those who must tell their story, and there are plenty, and avoid chiming in with yours.  Work goes well today, a solid partnership is here and love is rock solid.

Venus- charming, agreeable and absent of late- makes an appearance in a way that gives encouragement to those who have labored under difficult circumstances.   Been struggling so long you forgot how to relax and enjoy yourself?  Venus is here to make you happy!  Goodwill opens doors that opposition couldn’t.  Drop your grievances, dress up, put your best foot forward, be ready to accept a partner, and be sure to look for the good in others.  Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us or we find it not.”   Work continues to be a driving force, detailed instructions are critical, letting go of the past is crucial, and partnership makes everything work.

“Just the facts ma’am,” said Joe Friday as he interrogated people, and you must deal with facts and nothing more today. Giving directions?  Every street name must be spelled right and every turn accounted for.  Nothing less than perfection is required in communication and you’ll hear about it if you fall short. You may, however, not speak at all which is sometimes the most complete answer possible. No words=no mistakes! Aldous Huxley said, “Silence is as full of wisdom and wit as the unhewn marble of great sculpture.” Shop cautiously, you’ll feel remorse about your purchases when they turn out to be different than what you thought you were buying. An afternoon conversation stabilizes an uncertain situation and brings satisfaction.  An old love is returning in it’s own sweet time and waiting is the best strategy.

A magnetic person illuminates everything and you move forward with a spring in your step. A leader is stabilizing the situation, giving instructions that will be put into action tomorrow.  Listen and remember what you hear, you’ll need to know it later. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Knowledge is the antidote to fear.” Health improves whether you’ve been sick or not and strength is returning. Be sure to do your laundry today, tomorrow you’ll need clean clothes and have no time for washing.  A legal decision stabilizes matters and uncertainty turns into clarity. A combination of flashy dressing and hard work is surprisingly effective:  an accountant adding numbers in a tuxedo, digging a ditch in your toreador pants, doing laundry in a ball gown.  Style matters as much as the job now!

A charming person enters your life bringing fun!  Enjoy yourself as you sample a new facet of life. People are busy talking, calling each other,  giving advice, information and anything else they can think of.  Listen and learn, or tell and instruct. You’ll write everything down in extensive lists which you’ll follow carefully, lecturing those who skip steps.   Virgo is in charge!  It’s not enough to do things, you must do them RIGHT!  Do respect others during this time.  Robert Green Ingersoll said, “Give to every other human being every right that you claim for yourself.” Love is on display today, deep secrets are uncovered, a partner brings happiness and diplomacy solves your problems.

Activity and enthusiasm replace an early moody moment. A malaise is overcome and you are free to march forward purposefully once again.  Spend no time wondering what sidelined you, instead operate like a runner who just soared over a hurdle and keep going.  If you look back, it will block you again.  Mercury is chasing Mars, giving quickness in thought and speech. Use it for good, not to lecture others.  Moliere said, “It infuriates me to be wrong when I know I’m right,” summing up the issue of the day. What’s good today?  Hard, detailed work is progressing apace, a building project goes well, and confusion is in the past.  Love is in the picture and a forming partnership will be a long lasting partnership if you’re careful.

Tender memories keep welling up as you attempt to work, distracting you and sidelining your efforts.  Did you get enough sleep?  Are you still dreaming?  Rabindranath Tagore said, “In  the drowsy dark caves of the mind dreams build their nest with fragments dropped from the day’s caravan.”  Relax, things you couldn’t solve during the past three weeks fall into place now. Expansion is favored.  Got a plan?  Think bigger and you’ll have it right.

Planets in Leo and Pisces give the surprising feeling that you have supernatural powers.  Can you heal others?  Read minds?  Know intuitively what’s going to happen next?  Test your magic before discussing it with others.  If it works, GREAT!  Remain silent.  If it doesn’t work, GREAT! Remain silent.  The hardest part here will be remaining silent.  Use your magic powers to improve people’s lives, not to wow them with how good you are.  Big difference.

The full moon pulls you in different directions:  one involves the urge to fully engage in meaningful activity, the other is the wish to fall into a fantasy or dream world featuring escape or sickness.  Use both qualities and watch the benefit that accrues.  If you’re sick or escaping,  focus on finding active ways to alleviate your condition.  If you’re plowing through mountains of work,  enjoy the scenery and relax. Rabindranath Tagore said, “My fancies are flireflies, – specks of living light twinkling in the dark.”

Mercury turns around today, at last, allowing productive forward motion. Brilliant thoughts blast through your head and a thoughtful partner is able to translate your best ideas in a way that surprises you.  Mars in Virgo is one hardworking planet, allowing people to move through things at the speed of light.  If you’re still relaxing, be sure to step aside for the work brigade!

A group is quite insistent that you join up which creates a dilemma for you; you don’t want to engage in group activity, but if you step away trouble ensues. Diplomacy has never been more important than today, as ego energy is riding high and people demand to be heard. Fast thinking is the solution and nimble speech gets you out of a tight spot.  You’re pulled in two directions and can’t do both at once, so do first one, then the other.  Avoid a confusing situation, avoid overindulging, and avoid anyone you don’t understand.  It’s possible to ask directions from the wrong person and end up in trouble.  Murphy’s Law says, “All things are possible except skiing through a revolving door.”  What’s good today?  Love, partnership, sunshine, brilliant thinking and space travel!
