Mental alertness is highlighted today. Thinking is razor sharp: you know exactly what you plan to do and how you’ll do it. Watch your tone as you speak, words come out harsher than intended. If someone cringes, apologise and make your point in kinder terms. Intellectual acuity more than makes up for
the mental torpor of the recent past. Manual and physical dexterity is outstanding today: surgeons, welders, dentists, boxers, and tailors do excellent work, as do golfers, jugglers, drivers and writers. Piscean energy is still strong, so do your best to consult your intuition before taking action. W. H. Murray said, “The moment one definitely commits oneself, providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would have not otherwise occurred.” Avoid name calling, driving too fast or using rude hand gestures today.

Indecision is an issue today. You can’t make up your mind: you need advice, but nobody can answer your question. The minute you come to a decision, it is voted down, forcing you to begin again. The only way to turn is inward. This is a perfect day to entertain possibilities you’ve never considered, to speculate, ruminate and dream. You ‘ll be surprised by what comes to mind. Albert Einstein said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.” Tomorrow you’ll be able to put your plan into play, today you must dream it. Shopping for necessities is satisfying and an impulse purchase is excellent.

The full moon magnifies two opposing wishes: to bustle around busily, and to relax. Will you wash the car or watch tv, exercise vigorously or meditate? You can do both, provided you alternate between the two. With an opposition you can’t do both things at once, and that’s the conundrum today. Piscean energy is strong and activities that highlight imagination and creativity are important. Be aware that off-the-radar intuition is here, instructing you in things you didn’t notice before. Crow Indians say, “The eyes speak words the tongue cannot pronounce.” This is a good day to shop-but don’t spend too much- to relax, and to speak words that touch the heart. Someone fears what you might say, so speak gently. If you’re on the receiving end of sharp speech, ask for an explanation and you will be satisfied.

This is a day where things don’t quite come together: what you plan won’t happen right now and a work project is temporarily on hold. In other words, it’s a great day to relax, take a break from the busy schedule and enjoy life. Go to an art gallery, look at nature, enjoy music, recuperate if you’ve been
under the weather. The urge to work is present, but there’s nothing to do. What you can do is engage in contemplation and analysis and consider personal change. Herman Hesse said, “What we can and should change is ourselves: our impatience, our egoism, our sense of injury, our lack of love and forbearance.” Enjoy your partner, and nature, and do a little bit of shopping.

Today you shift gears; everything slows down and a new stability permeates your efforts. A powerful figure is impressed by the sensitivity with which matters are handled so use a soft approach in all your dealings with others. Rumi said, “Escape from the black cloud that surrounds you. Then you will see your own light, as radiant as the full moon.” This is the day to write your memoirs, cook something special, spend time with family and heal your body through sensitive means. Business matters are best handled early in the day, allowing your intuitive awareness of your work to guide you to success.

The ability to articulate your deepest wish, to express a dream, is present today. Something can come into being that has long been an aspiration. Edgar Allan Poe said, “They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night.” Carry a pad and pen and write ideas as soon as they come. This is the time to plan for the future, but wait two days before taking definitive action. People in power are open to your thinking and willing to help you. This is an excellent day to visit the doctor, to heal, to imagine your vision in technicolor, and to spend time near water. Help those who are suffering but do not scan your body for ill health or read up on horrible diseases, you are too vulnerable to suggestion!

Venus continues her trip down memory lane, giving a review of the past from an sentimental or financial perspective. Wonder if you should have married that person or bought that item? You’ll go through the pros and cons again today. True, it’s a different time and the choices are no longer on offer, but if you can assuage hurt feelings, do so. Venus, unlike Mars, just wants an apology and she is the star of the show now. It’s important to be aware of the sensitivity lurking beneath the assertive façade of those you meet, most of whom wish to escape from the immediate environment. Oscar Wilde said, “I feel an irresistible desire to go to Japan, where I can spend my time sitting under an almond tree, drinking amber tea out of a blue cup and looking at a landscape without perspective.” What’s good today? Doing your job, then going somewhere you can escape into your dream world.

Words are amazingly ineffective in articulating the heart of the matter today, so avoid the urge to express yourself, it’ll misfire. Absolutely do not go against an older, more established party in an incident that occurs. A Mexican proverb says, “El diablo sabe mas por viejo que por diablo”. Translation: “The devil knows more because he’s old than because he’s the devil”. Heed the voice of experience, the one who has seen it before and knows what the outcome will be. Things brighten as the day progresses, and by evening time you’re feeling downright sprightly and back in the game. This is an excellent day to tend to sensitive matters, to give respect to the voice of experience and to spend
time with loved ones.
