A difficult adjustment has just been made, whew!  It was more than you expected, but it’s over.  This is an excellent day for communication of a personal or intuitive nature.  Your thinking is aligned with your emotions, and you can go forward with things that feel right.  A powerful, assertive energy is the overarching mode these days.  If you are part of the push, great.  If you are not, step aside so the sweep can happen.  These are new times.  Do your best to remain stable as you adjust your thinking to what is happening.  Life can change faster than the mind’s ability to process, and that is what we are seeing now. The Chinese curse “May you live in interesting times” applies here. If you play your cards right, success is possible. This is a productive day and one where you have the ability to offer great kindness and compassion to others.  Do so.

Embracing Change for a Better World

I wonder if it is the aspect between Jupiter opposite Saturn that is giving me the brain drain. I suspect it may be. It is a generational aspect, every 20 years. And it also seems there is a tug between old, crystallized ways and new, more radical ways.

I hope so. Maybe government and corporate people will show transparency for a change! I feel strongly that is the way to go. Old institutions and “old thinking” people definitely hold us in a zone, and feel entitled to do so. When I see something or someone who refuses to listen or change it boggles my mind and angers me too (sadly.) When new ideas and ways of thinking develop they should never be smashed down. And the new thinking folks should never be bullied or called names. We are free to speak and share ideas as new ideas are needed! The world has so many problems.

Bullies, tend to try to keep those around them unchanging, sheep-like and safely mum. So it turns out bullies are the weaker as their emotional lives are maintained by putting others down. That is weak. And cruel. Especially to those trying to learn, and formulate their own ideas. We must be encouraging, not suffocating new ideas by blowing them down. No one has the right to do that, corporations or governments as well. We have the right to evolve as thoughtful people. The world requires it. The times require it. The nuclear crisis in Japan is a prime example. To save face Japan will not tell us the truth, and we have the right to know. Similarly our own government, here in the USA, does the same. To what extent we may never know.

No, I am not a rabid conspiracy nut. But I see something is very wrong with this picture. We should have full disclosure, especially about those things which affect our health and our thinking. I hope this Jupiter (expanding) and Saturn (crystalizing, unchanging) duke it out (it is us of course) and we come up with new ways. Respect, tolerance, compassion, spiritual depth, open mindedness, these ways that lead us forward and do not support secretiveness and bullying, harmful domination of others, etc; may these things, having had their day, allow the rest of us to have ours!

Emotional volatility is present in women, and men are sensitive and looking for a peaceful conclusion or else for an escape hatch.  Behind the scenes energy and covert action is most promising in these times.  Be wary of attempts to urge you into action.  Respond with optimism, but use your intelligence.  Brash action is appealing, but it can come to a bad end. Think.  Be mindful of what you are up against.  On another front, love is present in the form of friends or supporters.  People who genuinely care for each other are the best hope for today.  A consensus is growing among people, and new group energy is being built, one based on affection and caring.  This group will succeed.  Alfred D’Souza said, “For a long time it has seemed that life was about to begin – Real Life.  But there was always some obstacle in the way…something to be got through …then life would begin.  At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.”  Your life is happening.

You have inched past a blockade, but be careful, it could come back if you rejoice too soon!  Wait until the obstacle is no longer in your rear view mirror before you celebrate. Someone is 100% on your side, and this person is powerful!  Be demure, accept favors gracefully, and don’t behave in a wild manner.  Talks with others are extremely helpful and productive.  Be sensitive, and follow your intuition in all cases.  Beware of a wild, irresponsible person who needs to be tolerated but shouldn’t be taken seriously at this time.  News from afar is unsettling.  Foreign things and people are both sensitive and erratic.  As the day progresses, a settled energy appears and real progress can be made.  If a public position is offered, accept with caution.  Be aware that you can accomplish good things, and at the same time you are making yourself vulnerable. Angie Papadakis said, “A leader who keeps his ear to the ground allows his rear end to become a target.”  Wise words.

You’ve gone underground!   You’re still waiting out a stalemate, but like water, when the way is blocked, you are finding another way.  You are accepting the block as real, and you’re checking other things.  What next?  Well, happiness for one thing.  Someone or something just lights you up with joy, or you may play that role for others.  Something is happening beneath the surface, things are re-arranging themselves, almost like a spinning roulette wheel that hasn’t yet come to a stop. You need to wait, and you need to enjoy other things.  A new element is present today.  Compassion and tolerance are blossoming in surprising areas, and this is unexpected.  An enemy may suddenly become a friend.  Be flexible.  Life can move faster than your ability to process it.  Be ready to have strange emotions. The first Queen Elizabeth of England said, “I must forgive, for I too wish to be forgiven.”  How about you?

Call that important person right now and make your statement.  Have the conversation that is necessary. Women, children and intuitive people come up with stellar ideas, and men are smart, forward moving and imaginative.  This is an interesting time, where so much is at stake.  Yet you and others are up to the challenge.  Be open to new ideas, no matter who they come from.  John Nuveen said, “You can judge your age by the amount of pain you feel when you come in contact with a new idea.”  It’s all about new ideas right now; so don’t stand in the way.  If you find yourself arguing for the status quo, think again.  It’s a whole new time.  Be flexible.

Amazing day, wonderful day!  You have the ability to say, think or do THE THING that is needed for success.  You, or people you engage with, are intelligent and agile mentally.  This is an excellent day for negotiations, conversations, ideas and communications.  Go somewhere, drive around, ideas appear as you move about. Take a short distance trip.  You can receive excellent news.  Spend time with siblings, neighbors, or people who are good conversationalists or writers.  Buy a new car or phone.  Get your book published, give a speech.  You pretty much can’t fail.  This mode exists side by side with a magnetic love situation.  Just like life itself, where we’re multi-tasking all the time.  You really can do it all today, so get moving.  “Lively Up Yourself” as Bob Marley said.

Groups and friends are extremely magnetic and compelling.  Group activity is powerful, and it can make a real change in the tides of time.  You can’t be debated or coerced out of your principles.  Join with people who think as you do, there are more of you than you realized.  You can come up with an idea that represents a breakthrough that opens a door you didn’t see before.  At the same time, beware of a tendency toward escapism, and definitely avoid people who encourage you to engage in dangerous activities that they won’t do.  Don’t be a pawn in somebody else’s game.  This is a tricky time, and you need to keep your wits about you.  Keep your head, hold your ground, and continue to participate in things as they come.  Love is still fascinating, and you can have fun with surprising people.  Dale Carnegie said, “People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.”  How about you?

Take a trip on a train or plane.  Work on a computer, watch TV, enjoy modern technology.  Science is really cracking these days, and if your field involves invention or groups you are moving forward.  A question of finances needs to be answered.  Ideas must be tied to material realities, and the cash needs to be on hand to pay for things.  It’s tempting to say, “It’ll work out” as you sign on the dotted line, but be very careful not to buy something you can’t afford.  Someone feels lazy or needs to be cared for at the exact moment that you’re wrapped up in your exciting ideas.  Change gears, even though you don’t want to.  You can invent something new tomorrow.  Charles Darwin said, “It’s not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives.  It is the one that is the most adaptable to change.”  Change today.
