Theme: Spread those wings

The Moon in Cancer is conjunct Jupiter encouraging open-heartedness and taking time out to smell the roses, or whatever fragrant plant you choose. You feel more expansive and this includes exposure to other cultures and ways of being. This transit is a reminder that nothing is permanent and that everything changes even when the difficult conjunction of Saturn/Neptune has you pulling out your hair. With the Sun and Mercury in Virgo continue to work on those tiny details that make a a difference down the track.

The Moon forms a T- square with Sun/Mercury opposite Saturn/Neptune.
The Moon in Gemini is the apex bringing moments of emotional sensitivity so that you may become defensive and self protective. When you feel more secure and calm your nurturing and caring side can come to the fore.

Theme: Revisiting the past

The Sun is conjunct the south node and Mercury bringing both welcome news and reflections on how the past can hold us back from moving in new directions. Mars is conjunct Lilith and opposite Chiron brings an acute sense of feeling hurt, through others actions. It doesn’t seem fair and yet learning how to transform suffering and personal pain is the path to compassion. Chiron is after all named after the myth of the wounded healer.

Theme: Dealing with the past

The Moon is conjunct Chiron today reminding us all of the continuing journey everyone undertakes to heal their past in order to be whole and present. Because the Moon is in Aries there is more energy to go headfirst into endeavors today: it’s a kind of all or nothing energy. However, because the Sun remains in Virgo a more reasoned approach will get you through the other side of any tempest.
