Do not defend yourself, rather ask what you can do better or differently. It’s a day to tiptoe through things, to be disciplined but stay motivated. Losing enthusiasm is the true danger right now: do everything in your power to stay motivated. Robert Schuller said, “What would you attempt to do if you knew you would not fail?” Try that! It’s a good day to discuss goals with supportive people and to plan for the future. If you spend time with children, don’t set too many restrictions, keep them safe but let them play!
