Delusion is a danger, thinking something unrealistic or unconscionable is the right thing to do. Escapism is a danger too, for you and for others so keep your eyes open. Work is highlighted so put muscle into the job and watch the reward that comes in time. Employees have never been more important; treat them with the utmost respect. How you treat subordinates has long term consequences.
