Be prepared to listen; express sympathy and know that it will pass. As the day progresses, dominant people enter the picture and a strong response is necessary. It’s surprisingly fun after the inward activity, to be charging around making things happen. Try to fit some exercise into the day, as you’ll get cranky if you don’t.
Do your best to include others in your plans, mindful of the strong emphasis on “me, what I want.” Lao Tsu said, “Fail to honor people and they fail to honor you.” Honor people by taking their wishes into consideration.
