Theme: A Critical Eye

Mercury has entered Capricorn for a few weeks, and it sextiles Saturn for a few more days. We have an eye for detail more than for the big picture. Be careful of isolating: this can lead to depression. We are practically minded now. Venus is also square Pluto for a few days. This indicates the need for change in our close relationships. Accepting this can be challenging. Finally, we are in the shadow phase of the up coming Mercury Retrograde. Be prepared for a slower pace of getting things done.

Theme: Mystical Morning and Practical Day

As the Moon unites with Neptune in Pisces early in the day, we can be extremely sensitive to others and reach deeper than normal places in meditation. Then the harmonious flow between Mercury and Jupiter is strong for a few days. This favors planning, organization, and all intellectual pursuits, with a down to earth style. Theme: If you knew that would happen would you…?

Because of the unpredictability of the astrological times there are less certain outcomes based on experience. Previously if you did A, B would result. Today if you did A goodness knows what part of the alphabet you’d end up in! One of the causes is significant aspects to Uranus. Uranus is less about going against the current than knowing how to go with the current and harness its energy for good. There is a lot to achieve today if you can catch your breath.

Theme: Moving on

With the Sun beginning to pull away from squaring Neptune you begin to get more focus. Nevertheless continue to be aware of energy drain events- whether with people or situations. Someone gets up your nose today: press the pause button and distinguish between reaction and contemplation of the causes. Being open and flexible today brings good results. This is a day about communication, feelings and the big picture of life. The challenge is to not be overbearing if one has some inclination that way. The Moon enters Capricorn for 2 1/2 days. This bolsters our ambition, but makes it harder to be in touch with our feelings. The Part of Fortune is also supporting our ambition, Mars, so we can have a successful day. With Venus opposite Chiron, it’s a time for healing relationships. The Moon is square Pluto today bringing unbidden and, at times, unwelcome feelings to the surface.
