Theme: Lighter Energy

As the Moon continues in Sagittarius, and Mars is no longer in such a powerful position, we get a break from the desire to fight. The Moon and Jupiter reach a 150 degree angle soon after 12 pm EDT. With Jupiter in Cancer we might want to make someone (perhaps ourselves) a big sandwich. Venus is unconnected, and in Virgo. This favors organizing and beautifying, but please respect others rights to be themselves.

Theme: Outer Planets in synch; Mars is not

What was written for yesterday is largely still true. Mars is in a dominant position, and not harmonizing with the outer planets. There is much potential to make changes in the world around us if we can keep our egos in check. The worst of us will resort to violence. So invite silence, don’t incite violence. Theme: Ambition

Mars, the planet of aggressive and assertive energy, is in a very powerful position today. It works at cross purposes to Pluto, our subconscious drive, and is at the apex of a Yod with Uranus, Saturn, and Neptune. Will this be a day of tremendous action? Or a day of great frustration? Patience and good intention are key. The Moon moves from Scorpio to Sagittarius late in the day, and this makes things look brighter.

Theme: Angst and action

The Moon is conjunct Mars today so expect to feel emotionally challenged with the different pressures you feel today. How do you step back in this situation? Lunar energy is a mirror and expands and contracts depending on your perspective. Martian energy is ‘ do it now’ energy. So the solution is to step back and reflect and press pause so you can renegotiate priorities in a more impartial manner. Theme: Challenging energies

Mars is square Pluto intensifying conflict due to outside forces being imposed on others – leading to more tension and volatility. There is always a choice and the way around conflict is harnessing these intense energies for good change – that benefits most beings, not a few. Look inside yourself to see if you are forcing your will on others. Even self-will, if too unbrokered can cause negative outcomes for ones self. The mollifying aspect is that Venus is sextile Mars softening edges and inviting you to work together for common cause. Venus is in Virgo which helps ground tension. Venus in Virgo has a tendency to be hyper critical, so watch your mind.
