Theme: Abundance

Jupiter in Cancer is exalted meaning it gives us access to a stream of nourishment and abundance at this time. It’s a rich stream of connection which enhances our compassion and love. It also strengthens relationships. It’s good to remember this good energy at a time when it seems immeasurably difficult. Today the Moon is conjunct Lillith, the rebellious, seemingly untameable side of our nature. This conjunction shows us both our strength in the face of adversity, and our emotional shadows which, without light cannot be seen. Once seen we have a path forward towards wholeness.

Theme: Defensiveness

The Moon is opposite Mars bringing emotional reactivity to the surface. Mars doesn’t really have an off button so it’s about harnessing the horse and not letting it lead you astray. Pausing is a helpful restraint and exploration of what’s behind your reactions is also helpful. Venus is square Saturn so relationships ask for more comittment and restraint. Pluto in Aquarius and Uranus in Gemini usher in changes and challenges to the status quo, freedom and communication technologies. With Mercury at home in the sign of Gemini and the Sun and Uranus both there too, it’s a fluid and changing time. There are sudden turns and changes in directions. Where did Monday and Tuesday go? And Now it’s Wednesday! The Sun continues to sit between Ceres, the asteroid of bounty and harvest, and Uranuswhich brings transformation and instability fo two more days when the Sun will be exactly conjunct Uranus. The Moon offers respite from instability with its placement in its home of Cancer. With Jupiter nearby the meaning of home is re-invigorated. Life can also feel a big and daunting so it’s important to continue forward movement without succumbing to feelings of being overwhelmed.

The Moon is about to join the an array of planets in Aries which is a cardinal, activity oriented sign. The Taurean Sun is wedged between Ceres and Mercury providing a steady steering hand that signals the importance of generosity and communication. The proximity of Mars to Chiron provides an opportunity to better understand how our feelings of woundedness prevents us from moving forward.

Theme: Illusion and Disillusion

The Moon is Void of Course for much of the day (until 8.03pm ESDT USA). It can feel that we’re at a stand-still. Meaning, however is found in small actions, which can ultimately lead to larger results. Neptune is conjunct the asteroid Icarus which means we are more prone to self-deception. With the Moon in Pisces there is a place for great compassion as a guiding principle in the midst of illusion and disillusion.

The Moon and Jupiter are opposite toay, connecting you with a larger emotional landscape that is linked to you being connected to something much bigger than yourself.
