Theme: Steady accomplishment

As the Sun approaches Saturn it’s not all doom and gloom. Effort produces result and even the accomplishment of the smallest of tasks can feel rewarding. It’s a good time to draw on your experience and work creatively within limitations rather than kicking against them. You’ll only hurt your toes if you do. Theme: Softening the edges

The Sun has moved into the water sign of Pisces ushering in a month long cycle that embraces the themes of compassion, spirituality – and illusion and escapism. Self-honesty is the guiding light to steer you away from the more challenging aspect of Pisces, which includes addictions. The conjunction of the Sun and Saturn in Pisces over the next week is particularly difficult as the sign of Pisces focuses us on feelings rather than raw materialism that can be the reality of daily life. Theme: Focus and Generosity

The Sun is in good aspect to the Moon – and the Moon and Sun are in good aspect to Jupiter enabling us to open our hearts and minds. At the same time the Sun is approaching a conjunction with Saturn which necessitates being realistic about what one can achieve and working within limitations, financial or otherwise. The Moon in Cancer means we are more in touch with our feelings but can also mean we are overly sensitive.

Theme: Trouble shooting

With Mercury square the Moon you have the opportunity to problem solve and think outside the square! Of course you have to be mindful of your speech with such an aspect. You can incline your day towards spiritual pursuits today. Still, with the Moon conjunct Uranus you can also expect unexpected events to change the course of the day. As the Sun moves towards the end of Aquarius take time to enjoy your friendships and community activities.

Theme: Staying the course

The Moon has moved into the solid sign of Taurus conjunct Jupiter replenishing your resources and bringing stabilizing energy. Theme: Movement and Challenge

Mars has entered Aquarius where it exactly conjuncts Pluto. Today and the next few days remember to cultivate patience and awareness at a time when deep conflicts can surface. The Moon in Aries increases the likelihood of people going head to head because of the headstrong nature of Aries. Relationships are highlighted with the Venus-Mars conjunction inviting us to acknowledge that relationships only flourish with give and take, not with one side dominating.

Strike against war, for without you no battles can be fought. Strike against manufacturing shrapnel and gas bombs and all other tools of murder.
