Theme: Stretching in all directions

Theme: Sorting through

The Moon in Aquarius trine Jupiter gives you an expanded view of things right now and an ability to see the big picture. But with Moon square Jupiter you also feel overloaded. Theme: Considered communication

With the Moon square Mercury, the planet ruling communication, expect some misunderstandings followed by the the need to be patient and work through the situation. An open minded response can help enormously. The Sun is pulling away from its trine with Pluto but the energy of that aspect is still engaged, including being able to draw from a deep inner resource to access energy and insights. Theme: Busy busy

Theme: Letting go

Theme: Virgo double vision!

With the Sun and Moon in Virgo it’s a double dose of Virgo focusing your attention on health matters, daily routine and mindfulness and discernment around communication. And of course Virgo bestows practical wisdom – on a good day! If you’re having a bad hair day, from a Virgo perspective, it would be something like not seeing the wood for the trees, being overly finnicky and critical, and not sticking up for yourself enough. Which will it be? Sun opposite Neptune can also raise self-confidence issues because your boundaries are less clear. Compassion-in-action is a helpful antidote.

Theme: Enjoyment – sort of.

Today is an easier day with good planetary aspects to the Moon – and the fresh energy of a new moon. It’s the last official day of Mercury retrograde today but it’s stationary for a few more days so it’s really the 17th when Mercury goes truly direct, and you can say goodbye for a time to one particularly pesky retrograde planet. The Sun is in trine to Uranus and Pluto for the next week. Expect some major energy shifts.

Theme: Earthen tones

There are a lot of planets in earth signs right now and the Moon joins the earth club later today when it moves into Virgo. Earth gives weight and ballast that can be grounding but too much earth creates an inability to step outside ones routine. So, fixed routines are in today – but with the Moon square Uranus expect some disruption. The trick will be re-setting your day once plans change. Venus and Juno are conjunct emphasizing close, committed partnerships. The challenge with Juno is idealization of the other.
