All you feel like doing is lounging on the couch and eating. It’s fine. You’re wiped out after an energetic week. Relax, take it easy and enjoy doing nothing. Everyone feels a bit off their game for
most of the day. But things start picking up in the late afternoon when a message or bit of news comes. Then everyone is talking. Something just happened that requires an adjustment of plans. If you can’t make up your mind and the solution keeps changing, go watch tv or read until the uncertain energy dissipates. Brain-freeze is possible; getting lost, or thinking so hard you have to lie down can happen. Dame Edna said, “Never be afraid to laugh at yourself.
