How does one not overindulge?

Overindulgence generally comes from one who is not able to recognize the benefit of participating for the common good.  The laws of nature and the laws of people work best when there is understanding of each.  When we are not overindulging, an inner truth begins to rise.  See the I Ching page for more!

  1. As our mind experiences the bliss of consciousness through daily meditation our mind becomes colored by the experience and our desires naturally find balance. As the old saying goes, “If the tongue tastes honey everything else loses its sweetness.”
This would be my suggestion, Rinpoche.
