Theme: Communicating about feelings

During the middle of the day we are able to listen empathetically and share our own feelings more easily than usual. The Sun, our sense of purpose, is receiving a mix of energy. Broad-minded Jupiter is supporting our activities, but relentless Pluto is challenging us at the same time. Be aware that we can be called on any behavior that is not properly ethical as the next several days play out. Mercury retrograde ends Monday, and it will be safe to start new things a few days later. The best and most beautiful things cannot be seen or even touched. Theme: Reinventing yourself

With the Moon conjunct Pluto once a month, including today, it’s an opportunity to investigate the sources of your deeply ingrained habits and, in that process, shed deeply ingrained habits. Venus in Sagittarius continues to bring a welcome ‘quaff’ of optimism. Chiron embodies the wounded healer. So what mental or communication wound can be healed by your encounters with others right now? The Moon moves into Capricorn today bringing a focus on practical achievements, setting goals and working with materials. And don’t forget the quirky humor of Capricorn. Time to start planning for next week! Because the weeks never end! They just roll on, oblivious of our attempts at stackable food-storage solutions or our efforts to eat the whole rainbow everyday. Theme: Catalyzing 

The restless, intuitive energy of Uranus is at the apex of a Yod today. Particularly Mercury, and also the Sun and Mars are involved, as is the quicker moving Moon. We have a harmonious relationship between our emotions and our sense of purpose. And we have a drive to upset the status quo. But because Uranus is retrograde, we will not see the dramatic changes that we want just yet. We will be interested in religion, philosophy, law, and foreign places due to the Moon and Venus in Sagittarius. Theme: Feeling Good

With the Moon and Venus united in Sagittarius, we are in the mood for enjoying ourselves. This good feeling starts around lunch time. We are drawn to our past, and past habits. We can look to others for support in going in a new direction within our minds. Continue to cooperate with others, in order to achieve as much as possible. Theme: Subjectivity

Twice every 4 months Mercury, our thinking, and the Sun, our sense of purpose, unite. For the next 3 days we are able to focus our energy in a stronger way, but we are less able to see objectively. Pluto is the first of the 6 retrograde planets to move forward again. Let’s use this strong but often subconscious energy constructively. It is time to reform any structures that are not functioning well. It is a good time to work in partnership. Be careful in the first half of the day. Emotions run high then. Theme: Identifying causes

With all the Libran energy continuing today it’s an opportunity to see all the different components that make up conflict and address those causes. While Libra, as a sign, maybe conflict averse it’s also very good at smoothing troubled waters.  With Mercury retrograde there is a slowing down of the the pace in which processes can get resolved. Chiron opposite the Sun encourages more insight into personal hindrances to your own development. Theme: Maintaining balance

As the Moon moves into Libra joining the Sun, the emphasis is on finding connection and harmony in relationships and the world around you. Being risk averse Libra also seeks to downplay conflict.
