Theme: Haste and Mistakes

Our mental processes speed up for the next two and a half weeks. We are in danger of overlooking details, and making other mistakes. Yet there is potential for new insights, particularly through our interactions with others. Emotionally we feel more stable in the second half of the day, and tomorrow we can contribute more significantly to the outer world. Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep. ~ Scott Adams

Theme: Serving Others

For the next 26 days, Venus, our relationship indicator, is in Virgo. Serving others is a good use of this energy. We also like neatness, and will tend to be more critical towards our family and friends. Emotionally we feel stable and secure in the second part of the day, but disruptions to this stability will come tomorrow morning. A two week period of mental excitement, and agitation starts tonight. You have this precious human body to serve other living beings. ~ Lama Zopa Rinpoche

Theme: Benevolent and Generous

Especially in the middle of the day, we will be expansive and generous in our attitude. Be careful if sometimes prone to self-righteousness, and also don’t overlook details. Mercury, our thought and communication, is slowing down, but the Moon in Aries will compensate today. In two weeks, the combined energy that coincided with the first spread of COVID-19 reunites closely until early December. Generosity can take three forms: material giving, giving Dharma and giving protection from fear. ~ Patrul Rinpoche

Theme: Rising tides

With the full moon today our emotional responses are heightened. It’s a day to draw breath to help you avoid being overly reactive. Pent up frustrations come to the surface more easily. Generosity, and working productively with one’s own suffering can provide the opportunity to move more easily through the day. The world is your teacher. It will be all around you. Theme: Tension, Frustration, and Compassion

With the full moon today, tensions come to the surface, particularly in the afternoon. Mars, our inner warrior, is challenged by strong restrictions for another week. But the alignment of Neptune and Jupiter this month means that we can draw on great empathy towards others. This is the time to turn towards grounded spirituality. Although times remain difficult the winds of change are blowing. Tensions and disagreements are less combustible. Insights and clear communication in relationships help clear the air. Theme: Waking up from the dream

Today reality boundaries are more blurry and there can be a soft dreaminess to the day making it hard to get clarity on some issues. It’s a good day for spiritual practice and connecting with your heart. You have the opportunity to heal a lack of self-confidence at this time. Theme: Forward movement

Saturn and Jupiter are no longer retrograde. There is now forward movement in areas that previously seemed difficult to change. The grip of power is loosening. With the Moon moving into Pisces opposite Venus emotional connections, and the ability to reach out to others is stronger. Continue to be mindful, but courageous, when communicating.
